Service Description
Website build packages include simple website design, basic branding, page setup, mobile-friendly formatting, business contact information, basic local SEO setup, and full transfer to the client after payment and agreement. Maintenance packages include minor website updates such as business hours, service changes, contact information updates, photo swaps, testimonial updates, promos, announcements, broken link fixes, and minor content refreshes. Client-paid third-party costs, including Wix subscriptions, domain registration, business email, paid apps, and other platform fees, are not included in Main Street Websites’ pricing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your call. Cancellations or reschedule requests made LESS than 24 hours before the scheduled call may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Missed calls with no notice are considered forfeited. If we need to reschedule for any reason, you will be offered the next available appointment at no additional charge. To cancel or reschedule, please use the booking link in your confirmation email or contact us directly before your scheduled call time. This call booking policy is separate from ongoing website maintenance cancellation terms, which may require 30 days’ notice depending on the service agreement.
